Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent with details for the first class. 4. Full refunds can be requested 14 days before the first class. 5. A fee equivalent to 2 classes will be charged if refund is requested 13 days or less before the first class. 6. No refunds will be granted once the first class has started. 7.
